Pre-Close Inspection

A pre-close inspection is for new construction homes. This inspection will take place before the final walk-through with the builder and will identify potential issues prior to closing.

Upon completion of your pre-close inspection, you will receive a comprehensive inspection report, complete with photographs of all issues found. We recommend forwarding this report immediately to your builder so the discovered issues can be rectified to your satisfaction prior to closing. Your pre-close inspection will give you peace of mind and ensure your new home is safe and ready for your family to enjoy for years to come.
